License activation fails with a Cloudflare 403 “challenge” from my server

I’m unable to activate my GeneratePress Premium license. The dashboard shows a message like:

“403 Forbidden. Your server cannot communicate with generatepress.com to activate your license key.”

I ran a diagnostic and the problem appears to be on the Cloudflare layer in front of generatepress.com, not on my server:

Requests from my server to generatepress.com return HTTP 403 with server: cloudflare and the header cf-mitigated: challenge, and the body is the Cloudflare “Enable JavaScript / please wait” challenge page.
It happens regardless of the User-Agent (default, real browser UA, and WordPress-style UA all return 403).
My server’s outbound connectivity is fine — it reaches api.wordpress.org, wordpress.org and other sites normally, and it has no outbound firewall blocking anything.
Other Cloudflare-protected sites respond normally (HTTP 200) from my server, which suggests my server’s IP is not on any blocklist and this is specific to your site’s security configuration.

It looks like a Managed Challenge / bot-protection rule on your Cloudflare setup is challenging the automated server-to-server license activation request, which a PHP request can’t solve.
Is this a known issue, and is there anything that can be adjusted on your side so license activation requests aren’t challenged? Happy to provide any additional details privately if needed.
