License Activation Issue on Second Site – GP One Plan

    Hi GeneratePress Team,

    I am a GP One license holder and I am currently using my license on one website without any issues. However, I am having trouble activating the license on my second website.

    The Issue:
    When I enter my license key and click “Activate,” the process stays in a loading state (spinning icon) indefinitely and nothing happens. The license does not get activated.

    Details:

    Plan: GP One (Up to 10 sites)

    Current Usage: 1/10 sites

    Troubleshooting Done: I have already checked my internet connection and cleared my site cache, but the issue persists.

    Could you please check if there is a block on your end or let me know if I need to whitelist any IP/domain to allow the activation server to communicate?
