Lifetime license for GP Premium

    Hello,

    I have a Lifetime license for GP Premium (active status confirmed on my account) but the Site Library shows “No sites were found” on my WordPress install.

    Here are my details:

    🔗 Domain: dgeequipementschr.fr
    📄 License: Lifetime, Status Active, ends with …5c4b
    💻 Server: Apache / PHP 8.3.31 / cURL 7.74.0 (OpenSSL 1.1.1w) / Ionos hosting

    What I already checked:
    • License key is entered and saved in Appearance → GeneratePress → Dashboard
    • The license shows “Not receiving premium updates” despite being active on my account
    • HTTP API calls show “None” in Query Monitor (0 outgoing requests)
    • OPcache is disabled on the server
    • memory_limit is set to -1

    Could you help me understand why the Site Library cannot connect to library.generatepress.com from my server, and confirm whether the license is correctly activated for my domain?

    Hi there,

    Could you temporarily deactivate all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks, then try importing the Starter Site again?

    This is just to test whether the missing sites are caused by a plugin conflict.

    Let us know how it goes.
