Can you confirm me please if it’s possible to have the load more button with the query blocks or loop template.

I don’t think it’s possible with a loop template.
But it’s possible if you use the block element – content template instead (no query loop).

As far as I know, GP’s infinite scroll won’t work with loop template.
It will work if you use block element – content template for archives.
