https://johnottomagee.com/I want to use the same off-canvas
menu from First Site on Second Site.It is not appearing on the Second Site.
I have it checked as: Primary Menu and Off Canvas Menu.I must have some settings wrong

Have you create a separate menu so you can assign it to the Off Canvas Menu location?
If yes, could you please provide site credentials so we could have a look for you? Please use the private section of your reply to post them. Ok, for this site, you have in Primary Menu and Off Canvas menu locations.
Thus, the correct menu appears in the Off Canvas Panel on mobile.

You are disabling the site header for the whole site with the Disable Site Header element.
Please go to Appearance -> Elements and remove the Disable Site Header element.
