I have a mobile stacked logo that is not showing on the main menu but does show on the sticky menu. I would like it to show on the top main menu on the right – just like the sticky menu.

I am not. I am using the customization on the GP area.
I have put the element code for the phone and the appointment button on the main menu

So yes, you do have a header element with logo uploaded there:

Under Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation, the Menu Item Height value for the mobile breakpoint is currently empty: https://cln.sh/nhsc0KPd6Hw40tzSq94C
Try setting it to
60pxto match the height of the mobile sticky navigation logo. -
