Hi I did checked our website with 3 different phones. But with another phone it doesn’t looks the same compared with the two phones. So I checked it using browser and set the sizes to 390×844 (Iphone 12Pro) and it looks like this

Same thing happened to the one phone I used. -
Hi there,
I don’t think it’s the site issue, you might have some browser cache on one of your phones.
Did you check the site using an incognito window?
If you can provide your site link I can check it for you.

Hi Ying,
I hope you are doing well. I don’t think it was a cache problem; it was the first time opening the website on that phone. Going to check though on that mobile in incognito mode.

I don’t have an iPhone 14 Pro to test, but on my iPhone 13, it looks normal.
I used inspector to simulate iPhone 14 Pro Max, it looks normal as well:

Hi Ying,
Thank you for trying, it is still the same using the inspector tool. I have cleared also browsers cache and purge all cache in wordpress.
Anyway if it is good in your end maybe the issue is on my end.
