I have this mobile menu but how do I add a logo and remove the overlay button?

Hello,
Edit your custom header element. Inside the Menu Container block, there should be an image block. You can switch to a mobile view from the editor and click the hamburger icon in order to view the mobile menu in action. Replace that image with your logo.
