Hello David, for some reason the mobile menu on our site https://reclaimdesign.org displays differently on my phone (Oppo) to my wife’s (Samsung). On the Samsung the row heights on sub menus look fine, but on my Oppo the row heights for submenus seem to be double height:
In other words the highlighted Products menu is fine, but the Garden menu is double height looks light (same for all the other submenus). Please can you help me correct the css? I cannot see how to do so myself. Thank you very much.

Hi there,
in your sites CSS , I can’t see where as its been cached by the WP optimize plugins is the following CSS:
.main-navigation .main-nav ul ul li a { padding: 15px 20px 15px 20px; }
Which is added extra padding to the sub sub menus.
But is only being loaded on real small screen mobile devices.Try clearing the caches and any CSS optimizations

Hi David, thanks for getting back to me. I had a look in my css and cannot find that line at all. Here is the style.css that is on the server:
Would you be able to help me locate the issue with that? Thank you very much for your help.

Have you cleared the cache? As I don’t see the issue anymore.
Let me know 🙂

Hello Ying, I cleared the cache as David suggested yesterday, but on my phone the sub menus are still showing as double height (but only on my phone, not my wife’s)

Update: this seems to be an issue specifically with Firefox and my phone. I just tested with Chrome on my phone and the menu heights show up correctly. I have cleared cache on Firefox multiple times but the issue seems to persist.

Hi there,
Have you tried viewing the site using a Firefox Private Window? I didn’t see the issue on my device using Firefox either.

Hi Alvind, I have tested in a Firefox private window as you suggest and the sub menu items are still showing as double height for me

Try connecting your phone to a different network. As it may be the router / ISP that has cached the page for you.
