MOBILE VERSION DESIGN DUPLICATED AND BROKEN

  • Design elements and photos that should only be shown in the desktop version are now also shown in the mobile version, for example these two:

    https://fotografolaspalmas.eu/
    https://fotografolaspalmas.eu/fotografo-de-hoteles/

This in the desktop version is displayed perfectly but in the mobile version the only thing that has duplicated is the image at the top the rest works correctly.

    However these work correctly:
    https://fotografolaspalmas.eu/diseno-grafico/
    https://fotografolaspalmas.eu/agencia-de-publicidad-en-las-palmas/

I would ask you to help me to identify the problem if you are so kind, the website has had the same design and format for more than 2 years and I have never had any problems, thank you very much I am waiting for your response.

I have spoken to elementor support before and they have asked me to do the following but I have done it and everything is still the same:

Thank you for contacting Elementor’s Technical Support. My name is Nikola, and I will assist you today.

I understand your design is not correct, and elements are duplicated on mobile screens.

This could be a caching issue or, more likely, some plugin/theme conflict.

    To troubleshoot follow this guideline:
    – Backup your site or Create a staging site
    – Update all plugins and theme; WP Dashboard > Updates > Check Again

    1. Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, plugins cache and server cache if possible
    2. Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS and Data
    3. Elementor > Settings > Performance >switch CSS print method to Internal embedding
    4. Switch theme (temporary) to Hello Elementor theme, and see if it makes any difference
    5. Deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor and Elementor pro. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit
    6. Reset your permalinks: Go to WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > save – this will refresh your permalinks

Follow the guide above and let us know if it helps or need further assistance.

If this doesn’t work, please follow these steps so that your case can be rerouted to our Tier 2 colleagues for further assistance:
    1. Create a brief screencast of the issue, so we can better understand it.
    2. Send us temporary login credentials to your WordPress Dashboard, so we can take a closer look.
    3. Backup your site (as a matter of precaution). You can also create a staging environment so we can troubleshoot there without affecting the live site.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    thanks

  • Hi there,

The entire page is built with Elementor. If the question concerns the content on the page, please check with Elementor’s support, as we have no control over the content.

  • Thank you for your response. I have done so and they are checking it, but I also think it is the issue as it happened after installing the latest version.
Is there a possibility to download previous versions to reinstall it? thanks

  • It can not be GP, I’m 100% sure, as GP does not modify any HTML in the content area.

The section has elementor-hidden-desktop and elementor-hidden-tablet classes, but it does not have elementor-hidden-mobile classes, so it shows on mobile.

However, I checked the page in your Elementor page builder, I did see 2 sliders. Why would you have 2 sections of the sliders in the first place?
