Need help with caching issues

Hello-

I am running a pretty standard website with the Generate Press theme Generate blocks pro and a few other plugins, but am having a frustrating problem.

When I make changes, the website reflects them on the front end, but when I log out they all go away.

This happens across browsers and devices.

I am not running a caching plugin and my host says they are not either.

For example the mobile menu on the homepage is currently blank for me.

I am kind of at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated
