New font library subset/preload

    With the new font library is there/will there be an option coming to subset the font files? I would like to limit the character set to reduce unnecessary page weight
    Also wondering is there/will there be an option to selectively preload? If not how would I determine the font file location to preload using other tools?

    The font files are located at /wp-content/uploads/generatepress/fonts/font-folder/font-file
