I’m trying to add a carousel block but it’s unavailable in the list of available blocks despite having GB Pro installed and my license key activated. I’m trying to follow these instructions:

Hi there,
Can you go to generateblocks > settings, check if the v1 option is toggled?
If so, toggle it off so you can start using the v2 GB blocks.

There is no option for choosing v1 or v2 on the settings page.

Hum..in that case, your site should already be using v2 blocks.
Can you provide an admin login so I can check the issue in the backend?

No problem. Credentials are in the private details. Please note I’m beginning the process of migrating away from Elementor to GenerateBlocks and GeneratePress (I inherited this website). I’m going to focus on transitioning individual pages to GenerateBlocks first and then eventually change over the full theme and eliminate Elementor.

Ah, I see, you are using the official release instead of the latest developing version.
The carousel block is only availible in the developing version, so you need to download GB 2.2.0-alpha.1 and GB Pro 2.5.0-alpha.1 from your GB account, and manually install them.
