Hi support,
I removed all the links and text and even images Once the website was built. But I still have Google informing of links that apparently still exist on my site, but I cannot figure out where?
I need help to resolve this issue please.
Here are examples of those:
– https://awakenwords.com/category/tile-and-surface-cleaning/
– https://awakenwords.com/the-art-of-effective-pool-cleaning/
– https://awakenwords.com/the-key-to-a-healthy-and-clear-pool/
– https://awakenwords.com/creating-your-personal-aquatic-retreat/
etc…At the beginning I was going to use the Poolswift theme and then I switch to Avery which I ended up liking better for my purpose.
Ever since I am struggling with the above.

Hi there,
Google index is not updating every day, you might need to wait for some time until it re-crawls your site.
However, when you are building a site, you should set the site to noindex, so Google won’t crawl your site and keep the record.

The site has been fully alived for a year or less now. Therefore it is not something casual, it has been happening since was up. I did ask them to ignore those links but have never responded. Therefore now, I really need to remove those links, but I don’t seem to find them anywhere. So, please hid carefully my request.

Hum…that’s weird…
GP does not manage the permalink, so I am not quite sure how to remove those links.
I did a manual search using the keyword “site: awakenwords.com/category/tile-and-surface-cleaning/”, I didn’t find any related search results, while when I searched “site: awakenwords.com/category/spiritual-book-reviews/”, the search results show your site and the category.
So I don’t think the 404 links are still being indexed in the real search.
