Over Top Promo Bar

    Hi there,

    I created an over the top promo bar which promotes discount codes for a shop.

    How can I make this promo bar continue appearing on top of the screen even when somehow scrolls down?
    Is that possible somehow?

    Is it even possible that this banner changes colors when someone scrolls?

    Hi there,

    1. yes, you can use CSS to make it sticky.

    2. yes, you can either use JS or CSS to make it change color on scroll.
