Hi,
My overlay mega menu is suddenly not working. I’ve checked the settings and also tried deactivating plugins and testing with a default theme?URL is https://depot.org.nz/ and the mega menu is triggered by the ‘Shop’ button, on desktop screens only.

Hello,
You would need to have a custom header with the GenerateBlocks Navigation block in order to have mega menu functionality.

I’m obviously missing something simple!
This is the header block – https://ibb.co/bgkxfC1c – is this not correct? It’s a custom Element using the GB Navigation block.
The mega menu was working until very recently and the header hasn’t changed? -

Hmmm, yes I see. Something must be affecting the mega menu functionality. Can you try disabling all plugins apart from GP and GB and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, reactivate them one by one so you can locate the plugin responsible.

I’ve done that on the staging site for you to see. No change in the behaviour. The site is hosted with Cloudways, could it be server cache settings?

The staging site login doesn’t seem to be working anymore. Could you update it when you get a chance? Sorry for the hassle.
Also, if your server has caching enabled, could you try disabling it for the staging site as well?

Apologies, temp login access should work again now.
I’m using the Breeze cache plugin and have turned off caching via this. I’ve also turned off Varnish cache for the staging site. -
In your Header Element, there appear to be two Navigation blocks. One of them is configured with Hide on Desktop and Hide on Tablet and Mobile enabled:
That duplicate navigation is causing a conflict, which is why the mega menu isn’t working correctly.
Is there a specific reason you created two separate navigation blocks there?

Ah, there was a hidden version of the header as they’d changed design but the old one was still there. I’ve deleted this and now it’s working.
