I’ve created an overlay panel with a Time Delay of 10ms but it doesn’t appear until I hover/scroll (mobile/desktop in multiple browsers). How can I ensure it appears as soon as the page renders?

Can you disable all your plugins except GP Premium, GB and GB Pro to test?
I think there’s a plugin conflict.
