How do I create a parallax effect for a container’s background image in the new GB?

Do you have an example of the parallax effect you’re trying to replicate?
Some parallax effects require JavaScript depending on the desired behavior. If you can share an example, we can determine whether it can be achieved within the editor alone or if custom CSS is needed.

It used to be a simple setting in GB, where you set a background image to fixed. See below example. -

I changed the setting, but it isn’t producing the effect -
Is it the first section on the page where you added the attachment type? If so, I inspected the section, and the background attachment does not appear to be applied.
