Pattern Library not working

  • hi guys,
    I’m working on a site that has a GB Pro & GP Pro licenses under my account. The licenses are activated but I cannot access the pattern library on their website. It is showing as blank.

    The library appears but is empty. I’ve attached a screenshot. My patterns I have saved are available in pattern though.

  • Your site seems to be having a critical issue related to the API:

    GenerateBlocks (and most modern block plugins) rely heavily on the WordPress REST API. The error shows that your server cannot successfully complete REST API requests.

    I have disabled your security plugins, but it seems not to be helping. So it’s likely a security setting on your server has an issue. Can you check with your host to fix the critical error first?

    I got onto my hosting and they responded by checking it out and said this.

    “Please could you let GeneratePress support know that the error mentioned on the site health looks to be a false positive report. It also looks to have cleared for us as well now.

    Then, can you get them to provide us with the errors that they are seeing on their side regarding the pattern library so that we can take a closer look at this for you?

    I’ve also added a new temp. user for you to login via the private section.

  • After the API issue was solved, the pattern library is now working properly.
