I’m using Generate Press Premium “Marketer” Theme. Featured image is displaying above H1 title, I would like the image below H1. Thank you

Appearance -> Customize -> Layout -> Blog -> Content (Single) -> Featured Image (Posts), set Location to
Below Title.

Problem is, I can get to here: “Appearance -> Customize -> Layout -> Blog ->”
But then I DO NOT have these options: “Content (Single) -> Featured Image (Posts), set Location to Below Title.”
Under Blog I have this: “This page is using a Loop Template Element. Other options can be found within that Element.” There’s a link.
I think I need to edit one of those template elements, but not sure what to do – nothing seems obvious.
