Hi GP,
I have tried twice now to change my support account email address from the original and now deleted one to my current one.
I still get this message “There is a pending email address change to …”
My old email address has been deleted so I do not receive any notification emails.

Hi again GP,
This issue was resolved by GP a week or so back, when I started receiving emails again relating to support matters.
The problem began when I tried to change my email address, from an old one I have since deleted.However I today posted a new support topic and received neither an email confirming this, nor for the reply from GP.
There is nothing in my spam folder either.
So the same problem seems to have returned.I have just looked at my account profile, and when I clicked on the edit button, this same message appeared, that had existed back when I was previously not receiving the emails;
“There is a pending email address change to **Removed email**. Cancel”I am not sure now whether this message did disappear previously when the problem was resolved.
I thought it had, but perhaps I did not check.Thankyou – Steve

Did you receive an email confirming the email change? If so, follow the link inside that email to active the new email within your account.

I did not receive an email confirming the email change.But I did receive the notification of this post you made. Which I assume was after you made the change.
Which is the first GP notification email I have received since it stopped working again.Thankyou.
PS – I meant to add, this warning is still on my account after I click “Edit”

I am definitely receiving the GP topic notifications again thankyou.
However with that warning still appearing on my profile.
I assume it is only a matter of time before it reverts back to the previous now deleted (I have no access to it any more) email address. -

Hmm, that’s strange I just switched to your account and am not seeing that message.
Can you try clearing your cache and see if the message still appears?

When I first sign in the message is not there on my account. (refer screen shot)
But as soon as I click the Edit button it appears. (refer screen shot)
I believe now that message has never gone away.If I took a punt.
Because I had deleted my old email address before realising I was still using it on this GP support account.
And as a result am never receiving the auto confirmation email that is being sent, asking for me to confirm.
Your support system won’t complete the change.
And even though you are able to override this for a time.
It must reset after a period back to the old address…perhaps after 1 week?
FYI – the old address was [email protected]
