Premium Library Themes not working

  • Hi Team,
I have been struggling for two days to get your theme work.

This is a link to my staging site after showing the blog post from the “Explore” theme.
It seems GB und GP CSS are not properly loaded. I also tried the “Elegant” theme. Same issue.
I created simple blocks on a new page and post with GB. Same issue. CSS not loading?

Blog Post from “Explore” theme on my staging site

It is urgent. I am running out of time.
    Thanks
    B.O

  • Hi there,

Can you check your customizer > colors, do you have those colors set: contrast, contrast-2, contrast-3, base, base-2,base-3, accent?

    Let me know 🙂

  • Hi Ying,
those colors are there. This was not the point.

Elements are missing CSS, GB css is also missing. It seems there are not pulled.

Please have a look at this sample page (imported from the elegant theme) as well as a sample page I created using
    GB pattern (hero 13).

This is not my first GB/GP installation. I am pretty familiar with your product.

  • Hi there,

If i check your Portfolio page, i see the request for the GB dynamic styles

    https://storage.googleapis.com/stateless-styleappetite-com/2023/06/generateblocks/style-65.css?ver=1685795799

    And that request is 404ing.
Probably because GB saves the files in the /wp-content/uploads/ folder.

Do you use any code or functions that change where your media attachments are saved ?

  • Hi David,
    Thanks for reply.
Yes, I am using a plugin called “Stateless plugin” to which pushes uploaded media to Google Cloud Service.

Photographs are also served from GSC.
So I am bit lost on why CSS file is 404ing.

    Regards.

Should I open a topic with the GB team?

  • Should I open a topic with the GB team?

We combined the forums so no need to ask anywhere else – GP and GB support are here 🙂

Sorry its a 403 Forbidden error that is being returned.
So that storage server isn’t, allowing access.

Can you check with the stateless plugin author as to why that may be ?
