Hello, i have the premium version. Every time when i log in the dashboard the premium plugin is always deactivated. So many things are lost. What can i do. This happens not only on one page.

Hi there,
I don’t think it’s a GP issue; GP does not have the ability to enable/disable the plugins.
And there are barely any plugins that can do that. Do you have other users on the site who might be doing this?

Disabling/enabling the premium plugin will not cause content/settings to be lost; all the settings should be stored in the database. If this happens, it might be something related to your server.

Sorry, I didn’t explain that well.
No data is lost, but the premium services stop working, which is to be expected. After reactivating gp premium, everything works again.
I’m the only one with access, so unauthorized access is impossible. I don’t know how often this happens. I don’t constantly check the dashboard or the pages for functionality.
Just yesterday, I had to reactivate the gp plugin. I made changes on a page, and today gp premium stopped working. The plugin was deactivated again. I’ll check again tomorrow.
Could this happen due to an update of the GP Premium plugin?
Also other plugins are installed. I also wrote a plugin that makes changes to gp’s php. It’s a second menu that I let display using a shortcode.
This problem is not new it also happend in past without the changes of gp`s php.

No, I don’t think so.
Some scenarios I can think of are:
1. If the plugin failed to load due to a PHP error after an update, WordPress might detect it and auto-deactivate it for safety. What version is your GP theme and GP Premium plugin?
2. If the plugin folder name changed or a failed update partially erased files, WP might disable it. But sounds like the plugin is working fine, so this one is unlikely.
Can you remove the plugin and reinstall it to see if that helps?

Hello, the plugin was deactivated on one page again today, while it is active on another page that I activated yesterday.
GeneratePress Premium-Module Version 2.3.2
GeneratePress Version: 3.6.0
But i use a themechild without changes.I will uninstall the plugin and install it new.
We will see what is happening.

GP Premium version is at 2.5.5 now, can you make sure it’s updated to the latest version?

Now it`s done. On every page i had selected auto update. On the other pages the version was actual. Tomorrow i will see if it’s active.
