I need a plugin for a printing shop basically needs to capture length x width (usually in mts), material, finishing, and upload an image to print, ideally if it can accept/reject based on image being appropriate to be printed. Do you have a plugin that can do that or do you have a recommendation?

Unfortunately, this is something for which we have no specific recommendation. Perhaps you could ask about this in a WooCommerce-related forum, as they likely have plenty of recommendations for the plugin you are looking for.
