In the editor the template looks good, when loading the preview the template is damaged, it does not show anything similar to what was created in the editor. I only have the generate blocks and generate press plugins installed. I cleared cache and it didn’t work. What I can be doing wrong?

What template are you referring to? Do you mean the block element – content template?
If so, can you show us a page where it’s been applied?
And can you also show us a screenshot of the editor?

I found a video about cache and apparently it is very normal in this theme. Everything crashes very often, I already learned that reloading many times solves it. -
