Query Loop: ‘Include child items’ toggle not working

  • I have a Query that should show posts belonging to a parent taxonomy term only. I’ve disabled the Include child items toggle, but child taxonomies continue to be included in the query.

    Could this be a bug?

I’ve resolved it for now by manually excluding every child term, but this will be problematic in the future if we add more terms.

Also, tiny request: could the GB UI display a border between each Query parameter or other visual marker? I have some Queries with 3 or 4 parameters and it’s very difficult to see where one parameter’s options end and another starts. Just a suggestion to make it easier to use!

  • Hi there,

looks like a bug, ill get an issue raised, ill also take a look at the UI improvement you suggested!
