Reach activation limit

  • I recently bought Generate Blocks Pro and just tried to install it. I got the message: “Your license key has reached its activation limit.” Why is this and how can I resolve it? Thanks for your help.

  • Hi Steveb,

    Go to https://generateblocks.com/account/ > View Licenses > Manage Sites. Check if there’s an active site using your license. Try removing it and reactivating it on your site.

  • OK…you were right. I forgot that I had a cloned site activated. Now solved. Thank you for your help.

    After logging into your GenerateBlocks account, go to the Purchase History section and click the View Licenses link.

    I see, my license is “GenerateBlocks Pro” with 1/1 activations. I need it on a secondary blog, do I have to buy the upgrade to plus? Or a new license?

  • Hi there,

    you would need to upgrade the license, there should be an option to do that within your Account.
    Or you may want to consider a GP One license to combine both GPP and GBP into the one license.
