For the following home page https://richardlewisjewelry.com/ I need to reduce the gap between the bottom of the featured image and the first H2 “Featured Designs” but can’t seem t get it to work with custom CSS.

You can go to Customize > Layout > Container and simply reduce the Top value under the Content Padding setting.
