Refund

    I recently purchased GeneratePress Premium and, after testing it, I’ve realized it’s not the right fit for my current project. I understand you offer a 30-day refund policy, and I’d like to request a refund for my purchase. I don’t find the “Account Issue form” (I think you have deleted it).

    I’ve just issued your refund.

    Since your purchase was made on a credit card it may take about 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your card.

  • The theme does not seem suitable for our needs and is quite difficult to customize. The Site Library installation does not work as shown in the demo, and after importing a site from the library, several elements are not editable, making it hard to adapt to our brand requirements.

    Additionally, ads are not loading properly, yet the page speed score still does not exceed 65% on Google PageSpeed Insights. It’s possible that we may not fully understand the theme’s working principles, but overall, it hasn’t met our expectations.

    Kindly process a refund for my purchase.
