Replace highligt word

I also have ACF installed.

Is it possible to use the generateblocks “Highligt” function, as a “filter” for replacing the highligted word with a word inserted from a ACF field?

Given when I mark/highligt a word in an article – the snippet code will replace my highligt word with the word from an chosen ACF field.
