Request: Cardinal numbers in dynamic data

When outputting numbers from dynamic data, please add an option for cardinal numbering

i.e

1 becomes 1st
2 becomes 2nd
3 becomes 3rd

e.t.c.

I know you allow before and after text and will do in the new 2.0 release, but this is a request for cardinal numbering so we don’t have to find the right filter and add a snippet.

Also, it would be really great to get full docs on the filters available. Some like generate_dynamic_element_text aren’t explained anywhere and could be helpful to know. Thanks!
