Hello,
I have uploaded a normal and retina logo (and set the size) in Customizer, but the logo does not show on iOS devices.
I tried deactivating plugins and clearing caches, but that did not help.
Please would you have a look? -

Your retina logo is being requested over HTTP instead of HTTPS:
Your site is served from https but if you check at Settings -> General, you will see both the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) fields that contain http instead. Please, correct this first(you will probably get logged in and get asked to login again). Then go to the Customizer, remove the retina logo and reuploaded it.
