Hi – trying to build a grid of images (4 images in a row) that displays text AND has an active link. I’ve tried everything to get it to work but I can’t get an active link AND a hover effect – when I add a link to the container it changes the positioning etc.
What I’m trying to achieve is to have the images display then, on rollover, fade the image out to show the coloured background and text with a link to the relevant page. It needs to be something that the client can edit themselves so needs to be achievable in blocks. It’s all working with an absolute positioning class but can’t get the link to work (due to the hover state). Is there something I’m missing?
Any ideas??

Hi Alvin – as mentioned – the site isn’t live – it’s being developed locally.
Did you see the links to the screenshots? They show the base (image) and rollover effect (coloured background with link).

Yes, I saw the screenshot, but it’s not quite helpful for understanding the issue. For problems like this, we need to inspect the actual page with the issue to find out more.
