What is the best way to create a Search Results archive using a Block Element. Is it best to build it using a loop template? If so, how do you display the usual “Search Results: search term” as the title?

Hi Ian,
Yes, a Loop Template should be fine.
You can also use a Block Element – Page Hero and Content Template.
