To share images in the forum you need to provide a link to the images location that you can share via cloud drive or a sharing service.
So we have a title and image to the left and to the right a set of tabs.

I don’t know about it -
You can create a new page.
And then use the GenerateBlocks plugin to build your Service Plan. -

There isn’t a limit for the number of plugins you can use.
The most important part is to make sure that the plugins you are using are all well-coded and lightweight.
This is something you can test by running a performance/speed test before and after activating the plugins.
