GB Pro shouldn’t cause that.
Where did you download GB Pro? Did you get it from here?: https://generateblocks.com/account/
Did you install another plugin as well?
Can you try deactivating GB Pro?: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

Can you try to deactivate each plugin one by one and check if you’re able to go to
domain/wp-admin/plugins.php?Let us know how it goes.

I don’t understand why either! I’m trying to recover (file and database) but still not working!
It only fails at: /wp-admin/plugins.php
Still working normally at: /wp-admin/plugin-editor.php and /wp-admin/plugin-install.php -

If so, are you able to determine which plugin specifically is causing the issue?

I’ve tried changing the theme to Twenty Twenty-Three and disalbe the entire plugin, but still the url is wrong: /wp-admin/plugins.phpI installed generateblock this morning on the 2 websites (House.com.vn – newcitythuthiem.com) and both websites have errors. Other websites (on the same host) are still normal!
I am trying to contact the host (hawhost) to restore my hosting package. Hope it works again!
