Hello. I’m finalizing a new layout for my site, and I’m just about done so I’m going back and doing the margins/padding and I’m having an issue. The initial text snaps into its proper place (mobile) after the person scrolls down. Below is an example, can you please help with a fix…thanks!

Hi there.
I am sorry but I am failing to understand the problem. I am not seeing an issue with the text under the H1 in the first example. Please, let me know if I am missing something.

Maybe it’s my phone. It’s fine on desktop, were you able to check on a mobile phone? *updated – when I run google page speed you can see the text smushed up to the H1 (mobile) so I don’t think it’s my phone.

Yes, I checked on my phone (Android), looks fine. Are you saying that what you see in your phone looks like the screenshot you get from PageSpeed Insights (for Mobile) which seems to be missing the H1 bottom margin? What phone and what browser are you on?

yes, and then when you scroll it snaps into place (they way it probably looks on your phone). iphone with the latest version, safari.
UPDATE – so when it’s H2 no issues (and my second example has an H2), when H1 there text hits the title and then adjusts as you scroll.

The issue could be a bad cache/optimization issue. Do you have any optimization plugins in place? Or some kind of cache or related plugin? Can you disable those, please?

Ok, I see if that’s the issue.

Seems to be fixed and I think it was a plugin. Thanks.
