Hi Team,
I want to show or pin a comment on all single posts. For example, the WPBeginner site has a pinned comment at the top of all single posts.
You can see an example here: [ WPBeginner – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/redirect-a-page-or-url-in-wordpress/ ]

Hi there,
You may try using this plugin for that purpose:

@Alvind,
I would prefer not to install a plugin. Could you please provide any code to achieve this? I try to avoid installing plugins for small tasks, so I would appreciate it if you could share the necessary code.
Thank you!

Hi there,
do you mean the
Editorial Note
thats below the title / post meta ?If so , you can use a GP Block Element – Hook:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-hook/
Set the Hook to
after_entry_header
orbefore_content
Set the Display Rules Location to Posts > All Poststhen add your comment content to the editor

No, I am talking about the comment that is pinned on all posts by Syed BalkhiJun 6, 2024 at 2:24 pm at https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/redirect-a-page-or-url-in-wordpress/

Unfortunately we do not have a solution for that.
You could ask their support or you may find some bright spark on WordPress StachExchange who knows how to publish a common comment to all posts -

Thanks! Also, is there any way we could display the monthly top commenters on the sidebar? For example, as you can see in this article, at the bottom of the right sidebar – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-style-wordpress-comment-form/

By looking at the source code, it seems like they’re using a custom plugin for it. That’s definitely not something that can be added using simple snippets.
