I have a GP Premium license and am trying to load the SimpliCloud design. When I do it is telling me that I need GenerateBlocks Pro installed, which looks like it costs extra. Is that correct or am I missing something?

Yes, some of the templates require the GB Pro plugin and GP Premium plugin.
Users can only import those templates if the GB Pro and GP Premium plugins are both installed on the site.

The website says that GP Premium comes with 100+ starter sites. When I count the number of starter sites available there are 100. But many of them I cant use with a Premium license, which I was under the impression that I could based on what the site says is available with a Premium license.

Out of all the starter sites, currently only three require a GP One subscription (or GenerateBlocks Pro): SimpliCloud, Harmony, and Wellness. This is because these sites utilize blocks that are only available in GenerateBlocks Pro.
The rest of the sites only require GP Premium and the free version of GenerateBlocks.
