The plugin isn’t generating any IDs on the heading blocks.
So the links have nowhere to go.Can you ask the plugin developer to take a look ? As it assume there code is expecting something that is not present in the way its added to your site.

only on this specific post it doesn’t work.

You would still need to speak to the plugin developer as to why that is the case.
Its the plugin that is not adding the necessary HTML anchors for it to work.
I can’t debug why the plugin is not doing that.
