Site library and Key not getting activate

    I just pasted the key but it is not responding. Same with the Site library as well. I even changed the browser. Busy icon is not going. I have to start the work. Kindly help.

  • Hi there,

    go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click the Save Changes button.
    This will rebuild the sites permalinks, including the link for the REST API which may be broken.

    If the issue persist, go to Dashboard > Tools > Site Health. And let us know if there are any issue listed especially ones related to the REST API
