I’m trying to import a demo layout from Site Library. It’s been a few hours now and it’s still loading. Is this normal? Or do I need to do something else to enable to import, or quicken it?

Checked your server PHP settings, they are pretty good!
Can you try disablling all other plugins, except GP Premium, then try the import process again?
