How long has it been since you replaced the logo? I think it won’t update immediately, as Google’s crawler takes some time to re-crawl your site.

I did some research — you need to implement structured data markup in order for the site logo to appear in Google search results. If you’re using an SEO plugin, there should be an option to add this schema automatically.
