Every now and then on different browsers, the site ends up looking like this at random.. there is no pattern.. it occurs across different countries as well.. If I clear the browser cache and site cache, it works fine, but I can’t be doing this so often.. Could you pls advise what the problem is..

  • Hi there,

    It’s a typical cache issue.
You must check with your cache plugin’s support on how to set it up properly.

And if you have server level cache enabled, make sure you check with your host with the settings as well.

  • Hi Ying, yes I am aware its a Cache issue, and as far as I know it has been set up properly.. Could you elaborate on which cache settings I must look at specifically to rectify/avoid this problem..??

  • I’m sorry, but I’m not an expert on cache plugins, and different cache plugins have different features, it’s not possible for me to advise, so please check with the cache plugin support.

  • Not helpful Ying.. WHAT must I check with the Cache people..?? If you can’t help could you redirect this query to someone in GP that can help..

  • Sure, I’ll leave this topic to other support team members if any of them are familiar with cache configurations.

  • Hi there,

Try resetting the cache plugin to the default settings. Most cache plugins have this option, which typically restores the optimized settings compatible with any site configuration. This action should overwrite any previous misconfigurations you may have made.

Just to note, for any third-party plugin configurations, we typically advise consulting the original developer, as they are in a better position to assist with that, and this is not part of our support coverage: https://generatepress.com/what-support-includes/
