Smooth Scroll button not working

    Hello! I have been struggling with setting smooth scroll in a couple of GeneratePress websites and would like to ask for your help in order to understand what I am doing wrong.

    In this page https://www.tempodeviajar.com/viagem-marrocos-grupo-tour-joao-leitao/ I have a blue button “Inscreve-te aqui” after the 4th paragraph.

    Following the instruction os this tutorial https://docs.generatepress.com/article/smooth-scroll/, I have:
    – Activated smooth scroll in Customizer
    – Added “smooth-scroll” class to the button

    But smoth scroll is not working.

    After doing a few more testing, I see that aparently the smoth scroll is working on moblibe but not on desktop. That makes me even more confused… 🙁

    Hi Alvind,

    From my end, still not working on desktop. I have tried everything: clean browser history and cache, anonymous mode, diferente browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera)… I cant understand it.

    What browser are your using? Any of the above or other?

    I found the problem! It was my Windows visual effects definitions that were not showing animations.

    This was tricky, but if it wasn’t a cache or browser issue, it had to be something in my own computer/monitor.

    Yeah, that seems to be the case. I tried it in a few different browsers, and the smooth scrolling works correctly in all of them.
