Starter site import issues

  • I will proceed now to delete the staging site and create a new one after I disable the V1 on the live site.

  • I’m still trying to figure out how to get rid of the annoying cooking pot icon in this container, behind the recipes. I tried to just override it by coloring the container, but despite it looking like it did the work, when viewing the homepage, the icon was still there.

    In V2, that image shouldn’t be there by default. That said, let’s remove it anyway.

    Edit the homepage, select the third container, and remove the background image from its settings:

  • The Servings data is pulled dynamically from the single recipe servings custom field.

    To update it:
    – Edit the recipe post.
    – Scroll to the bottom to find the Custom Field metabox and update the Servings value as needed:

    If you don’t see the Custom Field section:
    – Click the three-dot menu in the top-right of the editor.
    – Go to Preferences > Advanced and make sure Custom Fields is enabled.
