Starter sites library not loading on your website

    Hi,

    the page

    https://generatepress.com/site-library/

    does not load the sites, there’s an error in console
    
    GET https://generatepress.com/wp-json/generatepress-site-library/v1/get_sites 403

    VM664:1 Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘, “<!DOCTYPE “… is not valid JSON

    Could you fix it, please?

    Hi there,

    The Site Library page is loading normally on my end. However, we’ve had a few similar reports recently, and it may be related to regional connectivity.

    Could you let us know which country or region you’re accessing the site from? We use Cloudflare on the site, and in some cases their security or routing rules can block or rate-limit requests from certain regions, networks, or IP ranges. This can result in the library failing to load even though it works elsewhere.

    Once we know your region, we can investigate whether there’s any regional filtering or routing issue affecting access.
