Starter templates

    Hello,

    I see that a lot of the starter templates have a “One” overlay.

    1. Do I need to have that in order to use those templates or can I do so by adding GB pro in addition to GP premium?

    2. Can I apply the credit available to upgrade to GP one to GB pro instead?

    Hi there,

    1. yes, if you have GB Pro and GP Premium, you should be able to use the ONE templates.

    2. I’ll forward the 2nd question to our account team.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, the upgrade cost from GP Premium to GP One isn’t applicable to go from GP Premium to GB Pro.

    GP Premium and GB Pro are two separate products. When you upgrade from GP Premium to GP One, your existing GP Premium license key is disabled as you get a new GP One key that works for all the procucts.

    Hopefully, this makes sense!
