I have two sticky posts that are appearing twice, both at the top of the blog posts column and further down the page. Is there a setting I’m missing or is that typical behavior?
Sticky posts should be excluded from appearing twice I would think?

No sticky posts are not supposed to appear twice.
Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to test? And if you are using a child theme, switch to the parent theme.
