I have contact forms on a few overlay panels and it’s behaving strangely. You can’t fill in all the fields — the overlay panel closes.
I’m using the same form plugin and settings for this as I have on another site and the overlay panels with forms work fine. So I’m sure it’s something local but there is no difference in the two site setups so I’m a little baffled.

And if you click on the overlay panels with a contact form:
Send me a message under Menopause Workshops and get to the message field, the entire overlay panel just closes.
Same for Send me a message in the Jenny’s Story section.
I just can’t see anything that would be causing this.

Can you disable all other plugins except GB, GB Pro and Fluent Form to see if there’s a plugin conflict?

I deactivated everything as you suggested and the overlay panel still closes when you get to the message box.
And just to note, I actually cloned this site from another site whose overlay panels work just fine. All I did was redesign Second Spring but it has the exact same plugin and site configuration as The Warrior Within.
So confused as to what could be causing this.

I even recreated the overlay panel from scratch and same sill thing happening

Update: I changed the action from Click to Hover and the issue disappeared. On hover and there is no issue with the overlay panel; only on Click

I actually cloned this site from another site whose overlay panels work just fine.
I checked the original site, and the same issue is happening there, too.
I tried adding a Fluent form to an overlay on my site with a trigger type setting to click, and it worked without any issue.
So I think there’s something special on your sites that is creating the issue. Weird disablling all other plugins doesn’t work.
Any chance you can provide a staging site that allows us to do some testing?

Hmm, well when that first launched, it was doing this so it must be something in the mix since then. I’ll create a staging and come back with login details soon.

I’ve disabled the authentication, but it’s not the cause either. I’ll keep digging. -
The cause is your other overlay panel called “Menopause”. If you set it to draft, the contact overlay works with no issue.
What is the trigger for this Menopause overlay panel?

The issue is caused by copying/pasting the Menopause overlay content into the Contact overlay panel:
https://app.screencast.com/f5bxnAOEUGREMI’ve created a new overlay called “contact test”, and re-created the Menopause overlay panel, now both are working well.
Just be careful, if you copy/paste the root container from one overlay to another, make sure you remove the root container and wrap the child blocks with a new root container.

Oh, man, I knew something has gotten crossed. Thank you for explaining the issue. What’s so weird is that I know I test The Warrior Within multiple times before launching and I didn’t notice any issues.
I won’t do this again going forward!
